With the domestic fresh water hydrophore system in operation, set the hot water system valves in open position: non-return water supply valve from the cold water system FG32V; calorifier outlet valve FG35V open; hot water circulating pump inlet valve FG34V; hot water circulating pump outlet valve FG33V; hot water supply valve to engine room sink FG36V.

a) After opening the hot water system supply valve from the cold water system, allow the system to fill from the hydrophore system.

b) Ensure that the hot water circulating pump is primed.

c) Start the hot water circulating pump.

d) Open the steam supply or switch on the electrical supply to the calorifier, and set the system temperature.

e) Check that the system is circulating correctly and that the temperature is maintained.
