Procedure for commissioning the working air system

It is assumed that a working air dryer is available and ready for use.
a)      Make sure that the valves of all control devices are open and that their readings are correct.
b)      Check the oil level in the operating air compressor.
c)      Switch the compressor valves to ensure proper operation of the compressor and its drain.

Example of a procedure for preparing a working air system for operation

NOTE: It will take some time for the drying effect to take full effect. Initially, release dry, moisture-free air into the operating air system.
The exhaust air supply valves will only be opened at the specified locations when the use of compressed operating air is required.
