Train the Trainer is an education directed to trainers who are supposed to train the predecessors and successors of generational transfers in the countries around the Baltic Sea. The training is conducted within the frameworks of project Inbets+, and it is funded by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region programme of the European Union Development fund and financial support of the Russian federation.
