PT 7, Ch 9, Section 3.1.4 states that an AIS information display should be present at the main navigation workstation. To meet this requirement, an AIS display and control unit has been installed at the MNC. Additionally, AIS information can be displayed on the ECDIS, as the system are connected. Transmitted AIS information parameters can be edited by the OOW at both the AIS unit and ECDIS.
