The controls used in the operating and control air systems are:

  • Pressure sensors, switches, manometers;
  • Temperature sensors, switches, thermometers;
  • Air compressor electric motor load cells, ammeters;
  • Hour meter for air compressor;
  • Water condensate control and drain valves;
  • Cooling water flow and oil level control windows can be used.

Control must be controlled during operation of the operating and control air systems:

  • The pressure in the air receiver, the system and, depending on the construction of the air compressor, the water cooling pressure, flow, and oil pressure, the level in the crankcase.
  • The temperature of the air leaving the air compressor;
  • Air compressor electric motor load;
  • Number of hours worked by the air compressor;
  • Water condensate in the air receiver.
