The controls used in the operating and control air
systems are:
- Pressure sensors, switches, manometers;
- Temperature sensors, switches, thermometers;
- Air compressor electric motor load cells, ammeters;
- Hour meter for air compressor;
- Water condensate control and drain valves;
- Cooling water flow and oil level control windows can
be used.
Control must be controlled during operation of the
operating and control air systems:
- The pressure in the air receiver, the system and,
depending on the construction of the air compressor, the water cooling
pressure, flow, and oil pressure, the level in the crankcase.
- The temperature of the air leaving the air compressor;
- Air compressor electric motor load;
- Number of hours worked by the air compressor;
- Water condensate in the air receiver.
