The marine Power Management System (PMS) is a complete switchboard and generator control system to synchronize the auxiliary engines of the ships by implementing automatic load sharing and optimizing the efficiency of the power plant.

It handles various configurations of generators driven by diesel engine, steam turbine and main engine in combination with switchboards of various complexity.

The Power Management system provides Monitoring, Control, Safety functions for the power generation systems. And to ensure availability to avoid Blackout.

- Manual

PMS Main Functions:

- Diesel Generator (DG), Shaft Generator (SG) and Switchboard Control and Monitoring

- Diesel Engine safety system and start/stop control

- Auto-synchronizing of generators and breaker control

- Bus line voltage and frequency control

- Generator voltage and frequency control

- Symmetric or asymmetric load sharing control

- Load shedding control. Preference trip (Non-essential load)

- Load depend start, stop

- Separation of alarm, control and safety

- Single or multiple switchboards control

- Heavy consumers logic and power reservation

- Blackout Monitoring and Restart

- Automatic line frequency control and adjustment

- Control of diesel electric propulsion

- Ship operation mode selection and start sequence program
