is the International Code for the Application of Fire Resistance Test Methodology, as adopted by the Organization's Maritime Safety Committee Resolution MSC.61(67), together with any partial amendments that the Organization may make to it, provided that such amendments are adopted, enter into force, and operate in accordance with the provisions of Article VIII of the Convention on procedures for amending the Annex (except Chapter I thereof).
